The Exchange Rates tab
Use this tab to view and modify the details of the exchange rates for the selected period.
Note: Only the users with the Administrator role
can access this tab.
To view this tab:
- Select . The Dated Exchange Rates window is displayed.
- Click a value in the Period Begins or Period Expires After field. The Exchange Rates tab is displayed in the Period Detail view.
You can view and modify this information on the tab:
| Field Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Currency Code | The code of the currency. You cannot modify this value. |
| Description | The name of the currency. You cannot modify this value. |
| Rate | The exchange rate for the currency in the selected period. You can modify this value in the grid. |
| Currency Active | If this check box is selected, the currency is active in the selected
period. You can modify this value in the grid.
Note: The currency code is
displayed in the exchange rate lookup, even if the currency is not
active.

| Modify Date | The date on which the exchange rates are last updated. You cannot modify this value. |
| Modify User | The user who last modified the exchange rates. You cannot modify this value. |
