Office Profile Financial Settings Tab

Use the Financial Settings tab in the Office Profile detail view, to define or view the fiscal year start and quota and forecast time period for the office.

To set office hours:

  1. On the Navigation Bar, select Administration > Office Profiles to open the Office Profiles List view. If required, use the Lookup to locate an office profile, and click the company's name to open the Office Profile detail view.
  2. Click the Financial Settings tab.
  3. Click the Fiscal Year Start drop-down arrow and select the month in which the fiscal year starts.
  4. Click the Quota and Forecast By drop-down arrow and select the time period to be used for creating quotas and forecasts. Options include: Month, Quarter, Semi Annual, and Annual.
    This option determines the default start date and end date behavior when creating quotas or forecasts.
