Office Profile Email Setup tab

The CRM Workflow based email notification process requires access to an active host SMTP email server. An administrator or an Integrator can use the Office Profile Email Setup tab to configure the host SMTP email server for automation email notifications.

Interfacing with smtp.gmail.com as your email gateway may require an updating your Gmail account settings to enable less secure apps.
