Normalizing the existing data

You must run the Normalization process using the Conversion Utility to normalize the processed data.

Note: Only the users with the Administrator role can execute this process.

To normalize the existing records:

Launch the Conversion Utility.
Select the Automatically Download and Use Today's Exchange Rates for Currency Value Conversion check box.

Note: If this check box is cleared, the normalization process is completed with the existing exchange rates.
Select the Normalize Base Currency Values to Infor CRM Base Currency check box.
Click Update.
Note:
- The normalization process cannot be reverted. After the update, the Normalize currency values option is set to True.
- The data that is already processed by Infor CloudSuite CRM is also normalized with the latest exchange rates.
