Using the Outbound Transactions List View

Infor CRM Back Office Extension only. The List view displays all of the outbound transactions that you have access to. You can use groups and lookups to narrow the list of records that display.

The Outbound Transactions List view displays newly promoted or updated Infor CloudSuite CRM records waiting to be processed by the outbound JobService. Once the files are processed, they are no longer available from this view.

Note: Outbound transactions that are available for an extended period of time may indicate a problem with the Job Service.

Click Outbound Transactions on the Navigation Bar to open the outbound transactions List view.

On this page you can:

Click (Refresh) to refresh the list information.
Work with records in a grid
Filter my list
Use the Lookup to search for records
Click the create date to open the Outbound Transaction Detail view to open the Outbound Transaction detail view.
View a group
Using the group shortcut menu
