Printing an Address Label or Envelope for a Letter

To print an address label or envelope for a letter:

  1. Follow the steps for writing a letter.
  2. Click Yes on the Create an Address Label dialog box.
  3. Click the Label Type drop-down arrow and select a label or envelope from the list.
  4. In the Report Viewer, click Print.
  5. Configure your printer settings, insert labels or envelopes into the selected printer, and then click OK.
