Adding a New Contact and Account
Accounts (or customers) are central to the exchange of the flow of real-time data between Infor CRM and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
Note: Your security access determines what functions are available.
                        			Contact your administrator for any access rights changes.
 
                     	 
                     To add:
- From the menu, select .
 - Complete the remaining contact information fields as required by your company policies.
 - Complete the remaining account information fields as required by your company policies.
 - Click to search for records with matching information.
