Changing the view
To change the view:
- To show or hide text elements with missing translations, click Show Text Elements with Missing Translations or Hide Text Elements with Missing Translations in the toolbar.

To filter the text elements, click
Search in the toolbar
and specify the filter criteria in the search pane on the right:
- Search Text Element:
- Specify the names of text elements to search for: Use the character * (asterisk) as wildcard for an arbitrary number of characters. Use the separator | (pipe), to search for multiple names. Example: *a*|*x*. All text elements are shown, which have a or x in the name.
- Type of Text Element:
- Select the types of strings that are searched in the table of text elements.
- Columns:
- Select the check boxes of the Unique Name, Description, or language columns that are searched in the table of text elements.
To start the search, click Search. To restore the original view, click Reset.
- To select the visible columns of text elements, click Select Visible Columns in the toolbar. You can select the Name, String Type and language columns. To show all language columns, select All Languages. To show only the language column of the application's current language, select Only Current Language.
- To refresh all text elements in the view on the Text Elements tab, click Refresh All in the toolbar. To refresh the selected text element, click Refresh in the toolbar.
