User management

Office Plus stores the data for connecting to the OLAP Server database, user management, and report layout in a central database, the Repository. You manage the permissions of users, the report catalog, projects and the Repository in the User Management dialog.

On the Users and Groups tab, you can create users under the Basic authentication system or register Windows users and groups. New users have membership only of the Every SSO User group and of the Edit Password role. You assign users to further basic groups and user management roles with the Assign Basic Groups and Assign User Management Roles buttons.

The User Management dialog can be opened only from the Log On dialog.
