Registering external authentication systems

To register an external authentication system:

  1. Select Start > All Programs > Infor Business Intelligence > Repository Administration.
  2. Expand the Infor BI Repository Administration node.
  3. Expand Repository Registrations.
  4. Select the repository in which to register the users or groups.
    If the repository is not connected, select Connect to [repository name] in the pane at the right.
  5. Expand the repository to display the User Management node.
  6. Right-click User Management and select Authentication Systems.
    The Authentication Systems dialog is displayed.
  7. Click Register.
  8. Select the authentication system to register and click OK.
    To add an authentication system other than one which is listed, click Add other (system unknown) authentication provider in the Custom area of the dialog.
