Predefined report catalog roles
In the
Manage Permissions dialog of the
Report Catalog, these report-catalog roles, user and
group assignments are predefined:
| Report catalog role | Description |
|---|---|
| AdministratorRole | Contains the Report Catalog permissions
Administer and Read.
See Report catalog permissions. It is assigned to the Admin user. |
| MasterRole | Contains all report catalog permissions . It is assigned to the Admin user. |
| reportDesignerRole | Contains all report catalog permissions . It is assigned to the report Designer group. |
| reportViewerRole | Contains the report catalog permissions Search reports/Folders and Read . It is assigned to the Report Viewer group. |
| ViewRole | Contains the report catalog permission Read . It is assigned to the Admin user and to the Report Viewer group. |
