Flex Field Information page
Use the Flex Field Information page to view and update the flex field information.
- Facility Name
- The facility for which the flex field is valid.
- Level
- The document type and location in the document where the flex field is included.
- Code
- The identifier of the flex field that will be used to identify the data in inbound and outbound files.
- Language
- The language in which the corresponding label is used.
- Label
- The label of the flex field as it appears within the application and in PDF reports.
- Minimum Length
- The minimum number of characters the flex field data must be.
- Maximum Length
- The number of characters the flex field data cannot exceed.
- Mandatory
- Whether the flex field must be included in the document.
- Active
- Whether the flex field is currently in use. Inactive flex fields are not available within the application and are not stored in the database if sent in inbound files.
