Use the Request Details page to view or change the AETC (Authorized Excess Transportation Cost) request details.

Facility

Name of the destination issuing demand to which parts are to be sent.

Ship From

The name of the destination to which the parts are shipped.

Ship To

Name of the shipping destination to which parts are to be sent.

Shipper Number

A unique number to identify the shipper. After the shipper is created, the shipper number cannot be edited.

Shipping Date

The date on the shipper indicating when the shipment is to be sent.

Requested Date

The date the AETC request was made.

Excess Cost

The amount that exceeds the contractual freight terms.

An explanation of the excess cost.
