Adding restriction groups

To create a restriction group:

  1. At the bottom of the Restriction Groups table, click New.
  2. Specify the restriction group name and a brief description.
  3. To restrict at the customer level, next to the Customer Restriction Level, click Edit.
  4. Using the select buttons, move the customers to the Restricted or Allowed boxes as necessary.
    The customers in the Restricted box will not be available to all users assigned the restriction group.
  5. Click Submit.
  6. To restrict at the facility level, next to the Facility Restriction Level click Edit.
    To restrict by facility, data must first be restricted at the customer level.
  7. Using the select buttons, move the facilities to the Restricted or Allowed boxes as necessary.
    The facilities in the Restricted box will not be available to all users assigned the restriction group.
  8. Click Submit.
  9. To restrict at the Ship To level, next to the Ship To Restriction Level click Edit.
    To restrict by Ship To, data must first be restricted at the customer level and facility level.
  10. Using the select buttons, move the Ship Tos to the Restricted or Allowed boxes as necessary.
    The Ship Tos in the Restricted box will not be available to all users assigned the restriction group.
  11. Click Submit.
  12. To restrict at the Ship From level, next to the Ship From Restriction Level click Edit.
  13. Using the select buttons, move the Ship Froms to the Restricted or Allowed boxes as necessary.
    The Ship Froms in the Restricted box will not be available to all users assigned the restriction group.
  14. Click Submit. T
