Setting up security questions

Use the Security Questions page to setup questions. In the event that you forget your password for Supplier Exchange, click the Forgot Password link located on the Login page. Provide a valid email and answer the question previously answered in Security Questions. An email is sent to the email address provided.

To setup security questions:

Select Preference > Security Questions.
Next to each question, check the desired questions to answer. An unchecked question cannot be answered.
Specify an answer for each question checked. Thirty is the maximum length for an answer.
Click Submit.
The questions will now be available to answered in the event of forgetting your password.
