Changing premium freight authorizations

Use the Edit Authorizations page to change the premium freight authorization details. When a premium freight authorization has been saved it is in an open state. You can later view, edit, delete, or publish the authorization. If the authorization has been published, you can cancel it to return it to an open state.

To change premium freight authorizations:

  1. Select Premium Freight > View PFAs.
  2. Select the search criteria.
  3. Click Submit.
  4. To the left of an authorization, click Edit.
  5. Specify the authorization details.
  6. Click Save.
  7. To make the authorization active, you must publish it. To publish the authorization, click Publish.
    The authorization's status changes to published and the page redisplays with the verification: "Premium freight authorization has been successfully published." After an authorization has been published, it can be canceled to be returned to a status of open or closed to a status of closed.
