Name of the destination issuing demand to which parts are to be sent.

Ship To

Name of the shipping destination to which parts are to be sent.

Part

Part number as established by the customer.

Required Date Start

The date on or after which the parts are due.

Required Date End

The date on or before which the parts are due.
