Shipment Tracking console

The Shipment Tracking console assists in tracking long-distance shipments as they move from the supplier's Ship From location to the customer's Ship To location through significant checkpoints. Users can drill down into specific shipment details to focus on checkpoints and arrival dates.

  1. Select Shipments > Global Track & Trace.
  2. Select the search criteria.
  3. Click Continue.
  4. On the In-Transit console, next to the shipment to be viewed, click View.
  5. On the In-Transit History, click View next to the checkpoint to be viewed.
