Use the Manage Production Part Approvals Search Criteria page to define the search criteria.

Supplier

The company responsible for supplying and shipping the part.

Facility

The company responsible for supplying and shipping the part.

Ship To

Name of the shipping destination to which parts are to be sent.

Part

Part number as established by the customer.

Starting Issue Date

The date on or after which the approval was issued

Ending Issue Date

The day on or before which the approval was issued.

Decision

Whether or not the part meets requirements. Full Approval indicates that the part successfully meets all requirements. Provisional Approval indicates that modifications must be made to the part, but it has been tentatively accepted. Rejected indicates that the test part is unacceptable.

Status

The current status of the approval.
