Shipment adjustment

Suppliers can manually adjust the CUM Shipped quantity through Supplier Exchange to adjust for possible inaccurate quantities on shippers and ASNs. (Because VAN suppliers do not log into SW, customers can adjust the CUM Shipped for VAN suppliers only.)
