About Searches

The Searches overview window enables you to create, modify and trigger Searches. You can define Searches that are displayed in the specific overview window. You can also set a default search for an overview window. For the write interfaces, this option allows you to define the search criteria for the records to be exported.

You can access Searches from various overview windows or from these menu options:

Automation > Searches: Displays an overview of all Searches.
Inventory > Search: Displays the Search window for the inventory points.

If you define a search for an overview window, the search is applicable for that overview window only. For example, if you define a search for 'Cans' in the Products overview window, the search is applicable for the Products overview window only.
