General Ledger Transaction Report

This report lists General Ledger transactions for a range of transactions, transaction dates, accounts, unit codes (1-4), and references.

The report shows the transactions that have affected the account balances in the order they occurred. These transactions are moved from the journals to the ledger when you posted them.

For example, to run a list of all AR payments for a period, set the starting reference as ARP and the ending reference as ARPZ in order to pull all transactions that begin with ARP.
