Financial Report Line - Copy/Update
Use this form to copy lines from one financial report to another one.
This activity copies all elements of lines, including the line definition, column line definition, and statement totals. Before copying financial report lines, you must first define the financial reports and the columns in the report you will copy them to.
In a multi-site environment, you can select a site in the To Site field and copy a financial statement definition from one database to another. This functionality enables you to create standardized report formats to share with all sites and entities. A definition is copied without regard to the validity of accounts specified. Each database can update the report with valid, meaningful account ranges.
Modifications to existing reports cannot be copied across sites. To send a modified report, you must rename the report and copy it to the other sites.
