Export Payroll Information to EPI

Use this form if you are processing payroll with external payroll software. CloudSuite Industrial supports export formats for ADP PC/Payroll, a Generic Payroll interface, and Celergo. Export to Grampian is not supported from this form.

The form exports payroll data to a file, which is subsequently processed by the external payroll software. The file name and logical folder are specified on the External Payroll Interface Parameters form.

Note: Exported data is drawn from unposted payroll transaction records generated through standard CloudSuite Industrial payroll functions. You must generate these records before you export payroll information.

The Export Payroll Information to EPI form applies to hourly employees only. The activity does not export data for salaried employees. Be aware that the grid lists all employees, including those whose employee numbers are outside the valid range for this activity. When exporting to Celergo, only employees with a Payroll Config ID value specified on the External Payroll Configuration Names form are included.
