Copy from Applicant

The Copy From Applicant form copies application information from an applicant record to an employee record. The process flags the applicant record as "hired."

The following records, which are already tied to the applicant, become tied to the new employee when the Copy From Applicant form is used:

  • Certification/Licenses
  • Employee Education
  • Employee Exams
  • Memos
  • Processing
  • Employee Skills
  • Training Courses
  • Employee Work Experience
