Direct Deposit Banks
This form maintains information about banks or savings and loans where employees want wages directly deposited. The file must be transferred to media and sent to the bank in their specified format and media.
Note: The system
puts the Direct Deposit Banks file in a continuous format that is actually
one long record. Most banks can accommodate this format. However, some
banks require a break between each record. Verify the correct syntax with
the bank in question. This command should be executed before the file
is transmitted to the bank.
The Where Used report is accessible from the menu.
