Disposition Receiving

Use this form to specify the disposition for a selected QC receiver. If the material has not been placed on QC Hold/MRR, only record the disposition from the appropriate Inspect/Disposition form. If the material has been placed on QC Hold/MRR, only record the disposition from the QC MRR form.

Use the Regular tab to record accepted, rejected, and QCHold-MRR quantities and codes.

Use the Serial tab to create serial numbers and to record disposition by serial number.

Messages optionally display when you open the form:

If Check for Test Results is set to Alert-If Defined on the QC General Parameters form, a message is displayed if there a test plan is defined for this QC item.
If Check for Test Results is set to Required-If Defined and there is a test plan defined for this QC item, disposition cannot be entered until test results are recorded.
If Check for Test Results is set to Required-Always, disposition cannot be entered until a test plan is defined for this item and test results are recorded.
