CARs
Use this form to create new Corrective Action Reports (CARs) and to manage existing CARs. A CAR can be created independently of any other QCS activity, or it can be created from an MRR.
If long descriptions are required, use the CAR Notes field instead of the Description fields.
Use the buttons to display other forms where you can process CAR information.
