Use this form to create a QCS Receiver/MRR with minimal or no advance setup.
Based on options in the QC Supplier Parameters form and IP Parameters form, use this form to automate these processes:
- Creating QC items
- Creating a QC receiver
- Creating a QC MRR, including a description of the problem
- Printing a tag
- Sending an email notification that a new MRR has been created
