New User Tips

If this is the first time you are using the Infor CRM Web Client or Infor CRM Customer Portal, keep the following tips in mind:

  • After you make a change click (Save).
  • Any time you see a (Find), you must use a lookup to find the record you are looking for.
  • Infor CRM is highly customizable. The system administrator can customize many Infor CRM views and features, and can set the access rights. For this reason, you may not be able to access some of the features explained in the online Help system, and some views may appear differently.
  • When you need answers to questions, you can find them quickly in the Help system, which contains explanations of features with links to related subjects. On any screen, click (Help) to open the help system. Help appropriate to that screen appears. Within the Help, use the Table of Contents, Index or Search to find a particular help topic.
