Using the Shipment Detail View
Infor CRM Back Office Extension only. Use the Detail view to see information for a selected record. The Detail view consists of information boxes, tabs, and a user-defined middle section.
To open the Shipment Detail view, click on the Navigation Bar, to open the Shipments List view. Click the shipment ID to open the Shipment detail view. If necessary, use the Lookup to locate a shipment.
On this page you can:
- Use the Lookup to search for records
- View a group
- Switch to the List view:
Click
() icon from the toolbar.
Information Fields
The information fields contain primary information about the shipment. This information cannot be edited. To add or edit this information, go to integrated application. For specific questions please refer to the integrated application documentation or contact the administrator.

Each tab shows specific information you can use for shipment related activities. Click a link to see more information about each tab.
