Setting Trigger Conditions for a Workflow

Define workflow trigger conditions based on business requirements.

Note: Only the users with the Administrator role can execute this process.

To set the trigger condition for a workflow:

On the Navigation Bar, select INTEGRATION > Integrations. The Integrations List view is displayed.
Click ION Workflow or CRM Workflow. The Workflows tab is displayed in the Integration Detail view.
On the Workflows tab, click a Workflow Name, for which the condition must be set. The Workflow Detail view is displayed.
Click Edit Condition.
Select an entity property to be used as a trigger condition in the Attribute field.
Select an Operator.
Select or specify a value for the entity property and the operator.
Click +, to add more conditions.
Repeat steps 6 through 8 to set more conditions.
Click OK.

Note: The conditions created can be viewed in the Trigger Condition field. Modifications to the Workflow definition are displayed in the Workflow Definition Audit tab.
