What are Price Services?

Price Services define real time price and availability web services used by Infor CloudSuite CRM and the Host ERP for sharing quote and sales order information. Each price service defines the data content for both the web service request (outbound to ERP) and the web service response (inbound from ERP).

Outbound request templates and the corresponding inbound price mappings may be customized as needed for integrating with additional host systems.

Use the Price Service Detail view to set end point information. Use the Back Office Price Services tab to view the defined prices services for a back office.

You can perform these tasks related to Price Services:

  • Add a price service
  • Customize a price service:
    1. On the Back Office Detail view view of a cloned back office, click the Price Services tab.
    2. Click the Customize link for the price service that you want to customize.
    3. In the Price Service Detail view, modify the required data.
    4. Click (Save).
  • Delete a price service, by executing these steps:
    1. On the Back Office Detail view view, click the Price Services tab, and click the Name link of the price service that must be deleted.
    2. On the Price Service Detail view click (Delete).
    3. Click OK to permanently delete the record, or Cancel to cancel deletion of the record.
