Using the Price Service Detail View

Infor CRM Back Office Extension only. Use the Detail view to see information for a selected record. The Detail view consists of information fields, tabs, and a user-defined middle section.

Note: The system administrator and users with the appropriate role can access these features.

Click the Price Services tab on the Back Office Detail view and then click the Name link, to open the Price Service Detail view.

Note: To customize the selected price service, click the Customize link. The Customize link is replaced with the Edit link which indicates that the selected price service is customized.

On this page you can:

Add a price service
Click Test Link to test the Price Service connection information.
View a group
Use the Lookup to search for records

Information Fields

The information fields contain the primary information about the price service.


Field	Description
Name	The display name of the price service. Type a unique and descriptive name for the price service.
End Point	Type the URL for the back office integrated application web service.
Action Name	The web service functionality being used by the price service.
Back Office	The back office associated with the price service. Click the link to open the Back Office detail view. (Not available from the Add Pricing Service dialog box)
Custom	Identifies whether or not a price service is custom and can therefore be modified.
Active	Use this option to enable or disable the price service.
Description	A brief description of the price service.
Service Type	Select from the list of supported price and availability web service protocols based on the host system guide instructions.
Method	The type of Web service protocol used by the price service.
Authentication Type	The type of authentication being used for the price service.
User Name	Type the user name for the back office integrated application.
Password	Type the password for the user name associated with the back office integrated application.

Click (Save) to save the changes.

Detail View Tab

The tab shows specific information which you can use for price service related activities. Click the link to see more information about the tab.

User Defined Section

You can drag and drop tabs into the user defined middle section. The tab will remain there until it is moved back to the lower section.
