Configuring the Contact Sync Group

To synchronize contact information between Infor CRM and Microsoft Outlook, you must designate the group as the contact sync group. If the group does not already exist, then must first create the contact sync group in Infor CRM.

To configure for Outlook sync in Outlook, set Infor CRM Connector Sync Options.
