Writing and Sending an Email Message
You can write an email to a single contact or lead using either the Write email or the Write email Using Template option. If you need to send an email message to more than one contact or lead, use Mail Merge.
You must have Microsoft Outlook installed on the computer to use Write email features.
Note: If the Write menu is unavailable, you must download Infor
CRM Office Integration. You can
install Infor CRM Office Integration from
the Tools, Options, General tab.
