Adding Campaign Tasks
To add tasks to a campaign:
- On the Campaign Detail view, click the Stages/Tasks tab.
 - Find the stage you want to add a task to, and then click the Add Task link.

- Description
 - The description of the task.
 - Status
 - The status of the task.
 - Priority
 - The priority of the task.
 - % Complete
 - The percentage of task that has been completed. You can specify a value between 0-100
 - Needed Date
 - The date on which the task must be completed. Click 
                                       			 
 (Calendar) to select the
                                       			 date. - Completed Date
 - The date on which the task is completed. Click 
                                       			 
 (Calendar) to select the
                                       			 date. - Comments
 - The additional information related to the task.
 - Estimated Cost
 - The estimated cost of the task.
 - Actual Cost
 - The actual cost of the task.
 - Estimated Hours
 - The estimated hours required to complete the task.
 - Actual Hours
 - The actual hours required to complete the task.
 - Display using 'My Currency'
 - If this check box is selected, Task Costs are displayed in the currency type you selected in your user option. This option is displayed only if Multi-Currency is configured.
 - Assign to (option)
 - You can select an option based on which, you can specify to whom the task must be assigned in the Assign to field.
 - Assign to (field)

-  If you selected 
                                             				  Existing User/Team, click 
                                             				  
 (Find) and then select the user or team that
                                             				  you want to assign the task to. 
                                             				 - If you selected 
                                             				  Existing Department, click the drop-down
                                             				  arrow and select 
                                             				  Existing Contact from the list. Click 
                                             				  
 (Find), and select the person you want to
                                             				  assign the task to. 
                                             				 - If you selected Other Individual, specify the name of the person you want to assign the task to.
 - If you selected None, go to the next step.
 
 -  If you selected 
                                             				  Existing User/Team, click 
                                             				  
 - Assigned Date
 - The date on which the task is assigned. Click 
                                       			 
 (Calendar) to select the
                                       			 date. 
 - Click OK.
