Using the Place Detail View

Use the Detail view to see, add, or edit information for a selected record. The Detail view consists of information fields, tabs, and a user-defined middle section.

Note: The security access determines what functions are available. Contact the administrator for any access rights changes. WebViewer users may not access full functionality.

To open the Place Detail view, click Places on the Navigation Bar to open the Places List view. Click the place name to open the Place Detail view. If required, use the Lookup to locate a place.

On this page you can:

View a group
Use the Lookup to search for records
Switch to the List view: Click (List View).

The Task Pane contains the Common Tasks section. In this section you can Add Place.

Information Fields

The place information fields contain the address information for the place.


Field Name	Description
Name	The name of the place. For example, a hotel, restaurant, or airport.
Address	The street number and name.
City	The city where the place is located.
State	The city where the place is located.
Postal Code	The postal code in which the place is located.
Country	The country where the place is located.
