Using the Contract Detail View
Use the Detail view to see, add, or edit information for a selected record. The Detail view consists of information boxes, tabs, and a user-defined middle section.
You can copy information from an existing contract to create a new one. If you use the button, Infor CRM copies information from the original record.
To open the Contract Detail view, on the Navigation Bar, click Contracts List view. If necessary, use the Lookup to locate a contract. Click the .

- Use the Lookup to search for records.
- View a group.
- Click ( ) on the toolbar, to switch to the Contract List view.
The Task Pane contains the Common Tasks section. In this section, you can:
Information Fields
The contract information boxes contain the primary information about the contract. Users with appropriate permissions can edit these fields.
Detail View Tabs
Each tab shows specific information you can use for contract related activities. Click a link to see more information about each tab.

User Defined Section
You can drag and drop tabs into the user defined middle section. The tab will remain there until it is moved back to the lower section.
