Using the Ticket Comments Tab

Use the Comments text box for all internal notes, troubleshooting steps, or other important information related to the ticket.

To add internal comments to a ticket:

  1. On the Ticket Detail view, click the Comments tab. If the tab is not visible, click More Tabs.
  2. In the Internal Comments field, specify the comments.
  3. Click (User Date Stamp) to specify user name, the date and time (according to your language settings) of the comments.
  4. Click (Save).
