Infor CRM and Outlook

There are several ways that Infor CloudSuite CRM integrates with Outlook.

Note: The administrator must configure and grant permission before you can utilize many of the features of Outlook sync and Outlook Integration.

Outlook Sync: Allows you to synchronize the contacts and calendar between Infor CloudSuite CRM and Outlook.
Outlook Integration: Allows you to save Outlook email messages as Infor CloudSuite CRM history items.

Before you can use Outlook sync or Outlook Integration, you must configure Outlook Sync and Outlook Integration options in Outlook.
