Managing Resources
The system administrator and users with the appropriate role can access these features. |
You can add a resource, such as a conference room, to the list of available resources that appears when you schedule an activity.
Add a Resource
- On the menu, click .
- Specify the values in the resource information fields.
- Click ( ).
Edit a Resource
- On the Navigation Bar, click Resources List view. If necessary, use the Lookup to locate a resource, and then click on the resource name. , and then click to open the
- Modify the data in the resource information fields.
- Click ( ).
Delete a Resource
- On the Navigation Bar, click Resources List view. If necessary, use the Lookup to locate a resource, and then click on the resource name. , and then click to open the
- On the Resource Detail view, click ( ).
