Updating delivery performance reviews

To update a DPR:

  1. In the Action Information table, specify the planned corrective action for the issue.
  2. The customer can require a form to be filled out. To download the form, click Customer Template File.
    The file opens in a new window. Complete the form and save it locally so it can be attached to the DPR.
  3. To attach a file, click Attach File.
  4. Navigate to the file to be attached and click Open.
  5. Click Attach File.
  6. Click Update.
    The DPR corrective action is submitted to the customer. The DPR cannot be edited again unless the corrective action is rejected.

To delete an attached file, select the file to be removed and click Delete File.
