Updating DMNs

To update a DMN:

  1. Specify the action information. The required fields are determined by which responses the customer requires.
  2. The customer can require a form to be filled out. To download the form, click Customer Template File.
    The file opens in a new window. Complete the form and save it locally so it can be attached to the DPR.
  3. To attach a file, click Attach File.
  4. Navigate to the file to be attached and click Open.
  5. Click Attach File.
  6. To delete an attached file, select the file to be removed and click Delete File.
  7. To save the changes, click Update.
    The DMN is submitted to the customer. The DMN cannot be edited again unless the customer rejects an action or unless you have not entered a required corrective action and the customer accepts a containment action. In these instances, the DMN is returned to you to be updated.
