Facility

Name of the destination issuing demand to which parts are to be sent.

Ship To

Name of the shipping destination to which parts are to be sent.

Supplier

The company responsible for supplying and shipping the part.

Part

Part number as established by the customer.

Receipt Number

The corresponding receipt, if any.

Receipt Start Date

Receipt Start Date The date after which the receipt was generated.

Receipt End Date

The date before which the receipt was generated.

Receipt Number

The corresponding receipt, if any.

Receipt Date

When the shipment was received.

Received Quantity

The number of parts received in the shipment.

ASN

The ASN number of the shipment.
