Package Maintenance page
Use the Package Maintenance page to create and modify packaging data.
- Facility
- Name of the destination issuing demand to which parts are to be sent.
- Ship To
- Name of the shipping destination to which parts are to be sent.
- Available Part
- The parts defined on the Part Maintenance page.
- Authorized Part
- The authorized parts selected from the Available Parts list.
- Template Code
- The alphanumeric code of the template. The template code is defined for the package.
- Description
- The description or name of the code.
- Master Container
- The alphanumeric code of the master container. The values displayed are defaulted from the Containers page. The default value is None.
- Description
- The description or name of the code.
- Tare Weight
- The weight of the container when empty.
- Unit of Measure
- The unit to measure the quantity of the part.
- Include on Asn
- If this check box is selected, the packaging data is included in the Advanced Ship Notice (ASN).
- Include on Label
- If this check box is selected, the packaging data is included on the shipping label.
- Print on Shipping Documents
- If this check box is selected, the packaging data is included on the shipping documents.
- Master Units Per
- The number of parts usually shipped in the container.
- Container Id
- The code of the container defined on the Containers page.
- Description
- The description or name of the code.
- Tare Weight
- The weight of the container when empty.
- Units Per
- The number of parts usually shipped in the container.

| Add/Edit | Allows you to define/modify packaging information for the miscellaneous container using the Miscellaneous Container Maintenance. |
| Update | Saves the modified data and opens . |
| Return | Opens Packaging Maintenance. |
| Edit | Allows you to modify packaging information and define additional packaging information for the detail container using Miscellaneous Container Maintenance. |
| Delete | Deletes the selected record. |
