Accepting or rejecting requirements

Your customer can allow you to reject demand. If you are able to reject demand, you will be able to do so at either the schedule or requirement level, depending on how your customer is set up.

When you reject a requirement, your customer is alerted through email and can view the event on their Event Management console. You have a window of time in which you can reject and accept requirements before the Accepted/Rejected status becomes static.

To accept ro reject requirements:

  1. Select Demand > Schedules.
  2. Select the search criteria.
  3. Click Continue.
  4. In the Demand Information table, next to the demand for which details are to be viewed, in the Schedule column click View or in the Part List, click a part.
    The Schedule page displays. The Schedule page contains information about the release, information about the schedule and a list of all requirements contained in the schedule.
