Viewing the PPM summary

The Parts Per Million (PPM) summary displays a list of shipments and their defects based on your search.

To view the PPM summary:

  1. Select PPM > View Summary.
  2. Select the search criteria.
  3. Click Continue.
  4. From the summary list, you can drill down to the receiving history or the defect history for a specific part. In the Total Received column, click the received number hyperlink to launch the Receiving History page or in the Total Defects column, click the defects number hyperlink to display the Defect History page.
