Facility Information page

Use the Facility Information page to view the facility details.

Facility Name: Customer defined name of the facility location. Displays as the "Ship Facility" for facility lists and on shippers and ASNs.
Facility ID: Customer-defined, unique facility identifier that links Supplier Exchange data to outside system data.
Contact Name: The primary contact for the facility location; Selected from the contact users (entered in Security by the administrator).
Use as Sold To Address: Indicates whether the facility address or the customer address displays as the Sold To address on suppliers' ship notices. If selected, the facility address is used. If not selected, the customer Address entered in the customer address is used.
Last AETC Number: The most recent AETC (Authorized Excess Transportation Cost) number assigned by the customer for a shipment to the facility. Displays only if the AETC module is used.
Default Currency: The type of currency typically used for transactions with the facility.
Language: The language in which shipping documents will print for shipments send to the facility's Ship To locations.
Label Serial Number Prefix: The alphanumeric code that is added as a prefix to the serial number on the barcode label.
Next Label Serial Number: The next serial number of the barcode label.
Maximum Label Serial Number: The number up to which the serial number is generated for the barcode label.
Address: The address of the facility to which the parts are shipped.
City: The name of the city where the facility is located.
Country: The name of the country where the facility is located.
State/Province: The name of the state/province where the facility is located.
Postal Code: The postal code of the city where the facility is located.
Time Zone: The time zone of the city where the is located.
Accounting Entity ID: The accounting entity ID number assigned to the Ship To destination.
Location ID: The location ID number assigned to the Ship To destination.
