Unlocking users

In enterprise environments, customers can configure the application to lock users out of the application after a series of consecutive failed login attempts. If the user is locked out of the application, the security admin can unlock the user by providing a new password.

After unlocking the user within the application, the admin should then provide the new password to the user.

To unlock users:

  1. Select Security > Unlock User List.
    A list of users who are locked out of the application displays.
  2. Next to the user to be unlocked, click the Unlock button.
  3. Specify the new password and confirm the password.
  4. Click Unlock.
